Mr. Ali Cooper with the Sacramento Central Labor Council will be the main speaker at this month's Elk Grove-South County Democratic Club meeting. He will make a presentation on Proposition 32 (the "Special Exemptions Act") which will be on the November ballot. A question and answer period will follow his presentation, giving everyone an opportunity to learn more about Prop 32.
