Kendra Bridges, Land Use Policy Director for the Sacramento Housing Alliance, will talk about an important land use issue - the Southeast Connector Project which would connect I-5 at Hood Franklin to Elk Dorado County along the outskirts of Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova.
