Introduction to Ananda Yoga with Phouvang—My Yoga Room

The website puts it best:  "Come experience the power of Ananda Yoga in bringing balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit to transform your life. You will learn how energy control, combined with positive affirmations, and culminating in deep relaxation, help bring you to a meditative calm state. 

In this workshop style course, there will be brief discussions of the elements that make Ananda Yoga unique and then you will be lead in a gentle style yoga postures or “meditation in movement” as you learn to tune in to the bliss that is within you."
