- Virtual Runners - never leave the couch!!
- Kids’ ¼ Mile Fun Run (kids 12 & under) – 8 am
- Kids’ ½ Mile Fun Run (kids ages 12 & under) – 8:10 am
- 10k Run & 5k Run/Walk – 8:30 am
- Award Ceremony – 10:15 am

- AGE DIVISIONS: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
- TEAMS - must have 5 members to be considered a TEAM
- AWARDS: Special awards for overall female and male winners in 5k and 10k. Age division awards presented to the top 3 in each age group.
- SWAG: Fast courses, custom t-shirt, live music, food, beverages, awards, and Chip Timing.
- EVENT RULES: Baby strollers and dogs on leash with well-behaved owners are welcome.
- PARKING: Plenty of parking at the park (Elk Grove Regional Park), with additional parking available at Elk Grove High School.
