To foster community bonding in the neighborhood, The Umpqua Bank ice cream truck will be visiting Elk Grove this month to dispense free ice cream! Umpqua's ice cream truck will be distributing free ice cream during the Multicultural Fair at Arlene Hein Elementary School.
