Franklin High School Music Program in International Contest!

Dear Elk Grove Community -

My name is Jake and I work with the drumline at Franklin High School in Elk Grove. Recently we were given the opportunity to win a custom made floor tarp for our program via a competition going on through Facebook. Whichever group brings in the most number of votes gets the grand prize and the two runners up get 50% off this expensive item. These tarps are very pricy and are used to set the scene for our programs. Typically we paint them (50’ x 70’ in size) and this is messy and a ton of work. This contest provides an opportunity for us to have something of high quality for our upcoming winter season and is a great reward for the hard working students. The contest is international (extending into Canada) and we are the only group from the Sacramento area!
