Local government officials have said changes in state law won't affect how they notify the public of meeting agendas: representatives from Sacramento County, the and the all said even though the state mandate to prepare and post meeting agendas has been suspended, they'll continue the practice.

That's good news for residents who want to know what government officials will be discussing at upcoming meetings, but there are plenty of other areas where public officials are required to be open and upfront about government business.

Elk Grove, how transparent and open are the area's various local agencies?
