Join us and explore the world of encaustic painting. Learn why the
luminous and transparent effects of encaustic is drawing new artists to this
unique and ancient medium. Students will receive a list of resources and
information on history, safety and tools, complete 3-4 projects (including an
8"X 8" cradled panel) and gain hands-on experience for 6-7 encaustic
techniques.
