S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

V-1 indicated that four unidentified individuals arrived at her residence in a black Acura with tinted windows. Two of the occupants exited the vehicle carrying baseball bats and approached the residence. While V-1 was seated at her front door, S-1 removed V-1’s laptop from her lap. S-1 and S-2 then broke several windows to the residence and garage. S-1 and S-2 were last seen getting into the Acura which then drove away.
