S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a vehicle collision. Upon arrival, an officer observed S-1 (Herald resident) backing the involved vehicle off the grass of a residence. A vehicle stop was conducted and S-1 was contacted. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
