V-1 was operating a motor vehicle on Elk Grove Blvd. preparing to make a right turn onto Elk Grove Florin Rd. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle and pulled alongside the right side of V-1’s vehicle. S-1 yelled profanities at V-1 then punched the side view mirror to V-1’s vehicle causing damage. V-1 placed S-1 under citizen’s arrest. S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

Suspect #1:WASHINGTON, DAPHNE (BFA, 49, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2:JACKSON, FETECIA (BFA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and (S-3) (who is not in custody) were observed shoplifting from Bel-Air by a loss prevention agent. Loss prevention approached S-1, displayed a badge and requested that the suspects return to the store. S-1 refused to return to the store and pulled away from the loss prevention agent when he tried to handcuff her. S-3 shoved the loss prevention agent causing him to lose control of S-1. Both suspects then fled in a gold Ford Taurus. Responding officers located the described vehicle and conducted an enforcement stop. S-1 was the front passenger, S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the right rear passenger and S-3 was the left rear passenger. Upon contact, an unrestrained infant was found at the feet of S-2 and was not in a car seat. The loss prevention agent positively identified S-1 and S-3 for their involvement in the theft. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. A records check revealed that S-2 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-2 was arrested for the warrant and child endangerment then issued a misdemeanor citation and released. S-3 was transported to a local area hospital for medical issues and was not arrested.

Location: 9700 block of Eagle Glen Way.
Victim: MAI, JASON (AMA, 37)
Suspect: LE, PHUONG (AMA, 39, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) previously lived at V-1’s residence and is related to V-1. S-1 was contacted by telephone and told that he needed to pickup his belongings. During the phone conversation, S-1 threatened to shoot V-1 and his family. V-1 called EGPD to report the incident. Prior to officers’ arrival, S-1 arrived at the V-1’s residence and used an extra key to gain entry. Once inside, S-1 pulled out a high powered rifle and threatened the occupants. V-1 struggled with S-1 over the weapon. V-1 was able to wrestle the weapon away from S-1 and secured the rifle. Officers arrived and took possession of the weapon, which was found to be unloaded. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HUNTER, CHRISTIAN (WMA, 20, ARRESTED)
An EGPD officer observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) operating a motor vehicle that had committed a vehicle code violation. When the officer activated his lights and siren, S-1 initially slowed down then accelerated away down a residential street. S-1 then exited the moving vehicle via the driver’s door and ran away. The vehicle continued moving down the street before coming to rest on the lawn of a residence after striking a bush. Officers located S-1 after conducting a search. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A search of the vehicle S-1 had been driving led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
