Suspect: LAHN, COREY (WMA, 20, ARRESTED) 

An EGPD officer observed S-1 (Elk Grove resident) spray painting graffiti on the exterior wall of a closed business (Starbucks). S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released.

Suspect #1:DIXON, JULIAN (BMA, 24, ARRESTED) 
Suspect #2:PRIOLO, SAMANTHA (BFA, 22, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was sitting in the back of a minivan that was parked in the police department parking lot. A records check of the license plate revealed that the minivan had been reported stolen out of Peoria, AZ. S-1 was detained. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was contacted when she returned to the vehicle she had arrived in. A records check revealed that S-2 had an active misdemeanor warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. S-2 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

On July 17, 2012 between the hours of 10 and 11 pm, V-1 pulled over and stopped his vehicle at the corner of Harbour Point and Laguna Blvd. V-1 was approached from behind by one possibly two unknown male subjects. V-1 was physically restrained by one of the suspects and V-1’s watch was taken. Both suspects fled with the watch in an unknown direction. A description of the suspects was not available.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: WASHINGTON VALENCIA, TINA (HFA, 40, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the throat and threw V-1 on a bed twice. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was issued an emergency protective order.

Suspect: PHEA, MALANJE (BMA, 42, ARRESTED) 

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
