Suspect: FORD, GINA (BFA, 36, ARRESTED) 

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: BROWN, MARIE (BFA, 53, ARRESTED) 

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of narcotics.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 7100 block of Elk Grove Blvd. 

Victim: NUGGET MARKET

Suspect #1: BIRD, THERESA (WFA, 25, ARRESTED) 

Suspect #2: MCKINNEY, MARK (WMA, 40, ARRESTED) 

EGPD officers responded to Nugget Market regarding  S-1 (Transient) who had attempted to purchase gift cards with a fictitious credit card. After an argument with management, S-1 left the business and was seen getting into the front passenger seat of a black Dodge Magnum. Responding officers located the describe vehicle at Elk Grove  Blvd. and Auto Center Dr. and conducted an enforcement stop. S-1 was detained and a records check revealed that she was on probation. A search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of numerous credits cards and a stolen ID card.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.  S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was also a passenger in the vehicle in which S-1 was contacted. A records check revealed that S-2 had several active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.  Due to an existing medical condition, S-2 was not accepted at the jail. As a result, S-2 was issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

Location: 9100 block of W. Stockton Blvd. 

Victim: ULTA SALON

Suspect #1: LEACH, KIMBERLY (WFA, 49, ARRESTED) 

Suspect #2: CARROLL, JENNIFER (WFA, 36, ARRESTED) 

Suspect #3: ZAMUDIO, CHRISTOPHER (MWA, 25, ARRESTED) 

Officers responded to the above location regarding  a theft that had taken place. Two Caucasian female adults had fled the store with stolen merchandise and they were seen getting into a gray Saturn that drove out of the parking lot. A license plate number was obtained by an employee and this information was broadcasted to officers in the area. Prior to the theft call being dispatched, officers had stopped a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle involved in the theft for a vehicle code violation. Once the information about the license plate number was broadcasted, the officers realized that the car they had stopped was the same vehicle involved in the theft. S-1 (Sacramento resident) was driving the vehicle, while S-2 (Citrus Heights resident) and S-3 (Sacramento resident) were passengers in the vehicle. S-1 and S-3 were found to be on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of the stolen property from Ulta. In addition, officers also recovered additional merchandise from Old Navy and TJ Max that the suspects were unable to provide receipts for. The three suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail. The stolen merchandise was returned to the stores.

Suspect: JUVENILE (BMJ, 17, ARRESTED) 

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained after he was observed riding a reported stolen bicycle. A witness positively identified S-1 as the person they had seen stealing the bicycle. S-1 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.  The bike was returned to the owner.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 threw a pizza box at V-1. V-1 was struck by the box but was not injured. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the area of Bader Rd. and Sheldon Rd. regarding an impaired driver operating a motor vehicle. Officers located the described vehicle being driven by S-1 (Sacramento resident) and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: ENRIGHT, JOHN  (WMA, 44, ARRESTED) 

Officers responded to the area the above area regarding an impaired driver who was operating a motor vehicle that collided with the center median before driving away. The witness provided a description of the vehicle and a license plate number. Officers responded the registered owners address located in the 9000 block of Quail Tree Ct. Upon arrival, the described vehicle was observed inside an open garage. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was inside the garage examining the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1’s vehicle was still warm to the touch and had a flat tire. Two witnesses were located and they positively identified S-1 as the person they had seen driving the vehicle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
