Laguna’s Youth Baseball 12U Purple team earned the State Championship for the 5th year in a row. They are headed to Bakersfield, CA from July 21st-28th for the Cal Ripken Regional’s with a chance to advance to the World Series in Aberdeen, MD. The team was able to win the championship by battling it out with Elk Grove to beat them twice on Saturday. The team went all the way to the 10U World Series in Virginia in 2011 and placed 3rd.
