Thanks to modern technology and Craigslist, missed connections – when two people meet, but don’t exchange information – may be a thing of the past.

• May I help you? - I work in Elk Grove. You came in to return something but I didn’t help you. I watched as you made your return, then you came in … walking right by me. …You were a handsome white male turquoise shirt and dark Levis. You started a short convo with me before leaving to do your shopping, and I can’t tell:  Are you interested? Or were you just being nice? I think you’re cute.
• A bank encounter - I had to pay off some bills at the Bank of America before the bank closed. You have an amazing smile that brightened up my day. Your eyes are very beautiful. I was the one with the motorcycle helmet. Sorry I looked like crap. If you’re single, I would love to take you out to dinner.
• Going to the doctor - I always looked forward to my appointments, just to catch a glimpse of you. I hope that you're doing well.
