A reader messaged us Tuesday: Go check out the row of Frankensteins painted on a wall at Franklin Blvd and Elliott Ranch Road!
We're curious, so of course, we went. Upon arriving there, we couldn't quite decide if we thought the images were of Frankenstein or not. Yes, the guy looks scruffy, with a squarish face and mismatched eyes. But without the telltale forehead stitches or a full-body view, we're left wondering if this could actually be a real person...perhaps the artist himself?
Either way, it's not often we see interesting graffiti in Elk Grove. And we'll take some spooky art over cookie-cutter tagging any day.
