The Rain is Coming Back: Are You Excited or Annoyed?

If you thought the rain was gone for the season, think again.

According to the National Weather Service, a storm is expected to hit Elk Grove this week. It brings a chance of rain and thunder Wednesday, as well as an even higher possibility of rain on Thursday.

Temperatures are expected to slowly drop, too: Tuesday's forecasted high is 74 degrees, Wednesday's high is expected to be 71 degrees and it'll be 66 on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

After that, the sun is expected to return just in time for the weekend.
