Walk with a Doc is a walking program for anyone who is
interested in taking steps to improve their heart health. The program in
Sacramento County is run by Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society.

Each walk is hosted by a friendly local physician. In
addition to the numerous health benefits participants will enjoy just by
walking, they will also get the chance to talk with the doc while you walk.
