A hearty welcome from down south, where we have a strange link to your city. Having read the Patch for Elk Grove in the past years and observed the numerous comments from local citizens that took issue with the way your city was run I was mildly amused to return to a Patch devoid of almost all comments. This is coming to our Patch as well which leaves one wondering just how closely are we linked.
