7's Rugby Clinic with the King of 7's - Waisale Serevi

The local Coastal Dragons Rugby Club is proud
to host  the most famous player in the
game of 7’s rugby. He will be visiting Encinitas to conduct a clinic in our
back yard.  Waisale Serevi will be in
