California Parents Win Gender Ideology Battle With School District (billygraham.org) — Parents in the Encinitas Union School District have secured a legal settlement requiring schools to give advance notice and opt-out options when lessons involve gender ideology or materials conflicting with families' religious beliefs. The agreement follows a federal injunction and a Supreme Court ruling, ending a lawsuit sparked by a La Costa Heights Elementary fifth-grade lesson that some Christian families opposed.
