Assemblywoman Appointed To Little Hoover Commission

Assemblywoman Tasha Boerner Horvat of Encinitas replaces Assemblyman Bill Quirk on the nonpartisan 13-member commission.

ENCINITAS, CA — Assemblywoman Tasha Boerner Horvath was appointed Monday to the Little Hoover Commission by Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, D-Lakewood.

"As the assistant majority leader for policy and research, and as a member of the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, I strive to make accountable, effective, and efficient government central to the work I do as a legislator," said Boerner Horvath, D-Encinitas.

"I look forward to the opportunity to work on these issues from another perspective as the newest member of the Little Hoover Commission."
