Authorities Search For Armed Felony Suspect In Encinitas

ENCINITAS, CA — Authorities were searching for an armed suspect Saturday in North San Diego County.

Deputies were looking for a felony suspect who was believed to be armed with a knife, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. He was last seen around Calle Barcelona and El Camino Real in Encinitas.

The suspect was described as a 21-year-old Hispanic man who is short and wearing a dark blue shirt and blue jeans, according to the department.

Anyone who sees the suspect was asked to call 911.
