Back To School: Encinitas 2023-24 School Calendar

ENCINITAS, CA — Summer is almost over and school is around the corner. That's why back-to-school planning has already begun in Encinitas, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day of school in Encinitas Union School District and San Dieguito Union High School District.

The first day of school is Aug. 15 for students in Encinitas Union School District and San Dieguito Union High School District.

Heading into the new school year, some dates are subject to change. Here are the lists of dates to know for this school year:

Fall Break: Oct. 23-27

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 20-24

Winter Break: Dec. 22-Jan. 5

Spring Break: March 25-April 5

Last Day: June 12

San Dieguito Union High School District

First Day: Aug. 15

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 20-24

Winter Break: Dec. 22-Jan. 5

Spring Break: April 1-5
