Roughly 800 people attend the event each month, with the exception of September's closing event, which draws closer to 3,000 attendees, according to Encinitas 101 Executive Director Irene Pyun.

"We're thrilled to continue such a beloved event in the downtown community and expect a great number of attendees this year," Pyun told Patch. "We've seen a big shift in attendance in all events in general, so we are confident that the community is ready to come out and enjoy some summer fun with us."
