The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), in partnership with the City of Encinitas and North County Transit District, will host an open house to introduce the Chesterfield Drive to E Street segment of the Coastal Rail Trail on Thursday, November 14, 6-8 PM, in the Poinsettia Room at Encinitas City Hall.

Please come to the open house-style meeting to discuss the project and share ideas for this important regional bikeway segment.
