Call to Action...

Please take action and tell congress to extend the Mortgage Forgiveness Tax Relief

as we need no new obstacles that will send the seedling housing recovery off track.

Avoid any foreclosure taxes, or hefty tax bills on distressed property for trying to

modify their mortgage.  If not, the forgiven debt given by the lender may be

considered phantom income.  Their position is "no taxpayer should have to pay

tax on money they've already lost."
