We encourage you to join us and meet our artists.

Artie Mattson, an illustration artist who has been drawing since she was a child.  Taken by the work her father created she observed and took flight.  Her creations are whimsical, fun and intriguing The detail involved in her artwork is amazing to view and fun to interpret.  You can wonder for hours amongst a piece as you view scene after scene of her predominantly black and white illustrations. Quite often you will view a colored piece and it takes your mind to fanciful places. Her art is award winning and year after year she has gained numerous Del Mar Art Fair awards.

Dolores Renner,  a jewelry designer who started beading about eight years ago while caring for her aging mother, it became a form of meditation during an extremely stressful time in her life.. Since then, it has become a creative outlet that sparkles with intricate beaded designs made of Swarovski crystals, weaving imaginative, complex and sometimes kaleidoscopic designs.

Bobbie Harrington, an exceptional oil painter, who began at the age of 13. She is primarily self-taught, but has taken lessons from many great teachers over the years Bobby expresses herself in/enjoys oil, watercolor, and paints in oil, watercolor and acrylic, and occasionally plays with pastels. She often demonstrates a photorealistic style that is meticulous in detail and sumptuous in color, and her subject matter ranges from portraits to drawing and painting everything from portraits to sea and landscapes, animals to floral.

An artist that gives back through teaching, she finds time to have had numerous one-woman exhibitions, created an eight-plate series for Lenox titled: "Just Cubs" in the early 1990's, and more recently, completed murals for a pediatric complex.  She has a painting “the dolphin” licensed for t-shirts sold in Japan.

Marinela Roe Farris, a silversmith, born in Greece and raised in Southern California has had a lifelong passion for creating 3-dimensional art.

Marinela began silversmithing in the Fall of 2009 under the guidance of Deanna Jacobsen at the Art Academy of San Diego. She is greatly influenced by her Greek heritage; the Greek mati (eye charm), believed to protect the wearer from the “evil eye,” is a repeated theme in her work. The rustic textures and finishes she uses are reminiscent of ancient Greek adornments and primitive hand-made jewelry.  She loves silversmithing and “creating something from nothing.” She enjoys working with her customers to make unique designs and personalized gifts and is confident in the quality of work she produces and guarantees her workmanship by offering free repairs.
