SUP Yoga or Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be honest, I can be quite the gym rat sometimes, but it’s moments like the ones I experienced in this class that make me want to break free from the gym walls and soak up the San Diego sun.
How beautiful a morning it was – starting with a lesson on the beach, we then paddled out into the bay to go through a relaxing flow that challenged my body, breath and mind. But don’t worry; if you’re not ready for yoga on water you can enjoy a beachside class as well…on dry land of course.

They offer it all and I encourage you to set an intention; to step outside of your comfort zone, be fully present while enjoying the beautiful city we live in, and breathe in consciously, this glorious San Diego air.
