Catherine S. Blakespear kicks off campaign for Encinitas City Council

Catherine S. Blakespear launched her campaign last Monday, Cinco de Mayo, surrounded by 180 supporters. The campaign launch party was held at her family’s historic Encinitas home, which was originally purchased in 1929 by her grandfather. Catherine spoke to the crowd about the importance of preserving and enhancing Encinitas and pledged to protect the great quality of life that we enjoy in Encinitas.
