Cinematic Jazz Fills the Encinitas Library Air

The Chris Montgomery Quartet wowed an audience at Encinitas Library Sunday with a performance of cinematic jazz pieces.

The hour-long performance included pieces from The Sound of Music and various James Bond films.

The performance was a part of the library’s “First Sundays Music Series,” which will feature Robin Adler & Mutts of the Planet at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 5.
