City of Encinitas Parks and Rec Seeking Feedback to Help Determine Fees for Services

Encinitas Parks and Rec is hosting a series of public workshops to gather feedback

WHAT: The Encinitas Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a series of workshops to gather feedback in order to develop a tax payer investment/resource and cost recovery philosophy for facilities, programs and services offered by the Department. This input will help create recommendations for a cost recovery philosophy and policy.


WHEN:
Five workshops will be offered on the following dates:

Monday, Oct. 6, at 1:30 pm and 6 pm

Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 9:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 6 pm

Each workshop will take two and a half hours. Workshops will be held at the Encinitas Senior and Community Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive (southeast corner of Encinitas Blvd. & Balour Dr). Free refreshments and prize drawings will be offered at each workshop.
