Clean Eating excludes or removes processed, refined, chemical & hydrogenated products. FREE-5 Simple Things You MUST Do to Be Healthy

Clean Eating is a lifestyle choice that favors whole foods over processed. Foods acceptable for a clean diet include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans & legumes, nuts & seeds, unrefined oils, lean protein sources, herbs & spices, and herbal teas. Clean Eating excludes or removes processed, refined, chemical and hydrogenated products. As a general rule, if it comes in a package, it’s probably not a whole, clean food. For best results, remove the following substances from your diet whenever trying to eat clean.
