Crash Blocks Northbound I-5

ENCINITAS, CA – A collision this afternoon has left all lanes blocked on northbound Interstate 5, just north of Leucadia Boulevard in Encinitas, according to the California Highway Patrol.

There are no immediate reports of injuries.
