
I am the first to admit that being healthy and losing weight can be overwhelming. Shit, there’s so much information and a lot of it conflicting. What’s the truth and what’s BS? It’s enough to make you want to say “screw it” and eat onion rings and a banana split for dinner.
Don’t get buried under the mountain of information and give up. Start small. Lean into it. You don’t have to be 100% perfect on your health and weight loss journey. Inch by inch anything is a cinch. Do what feels good and what nourishes your body today.
Maybe that’s swapping out your usual big plop of blue cheese dressing for a drizzle of olive oil on your salad. Or it could be adding some veggies to your spaghetti sauce. Or getting out for a 15 minute walk.
Health is not an all-or-nothing game.
