Douglas Bergman—Former Encinitas Businessman—Dies at 62
He managed the first Liberty Mutual office in Encinitas.
Douglas W. Bergman died May 14, according to a U-T San Diego obituary.
He was 62.
He managed the Liberty Mutual office in Encinitas in 1973 before opening another office in El Cajon in 1990. He retired in 2009, according to the newspaper.

A celebration of life is planned for 2 p.m. on May 25 at the All Soul's Episcopal Church, 1475 Catalina Boulevard, according to the newspaper.
