Duke is Pet of The Week at Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society

Duke is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. He’s a 7 month old, 26 pound, Beagle / Harrier mix.

Duke is very young and active.

Being part Beagle, he will need time to follow his nose and take his people on adventures. Duke loves riding in the car and he loves snuggling. He’s also going to need attention when he has important information to share and he needs to “talk.”

His other part is Harrier. They were bred to hunt for hares by trailing them. They’re very much like Beagles, but a bit more enthusiastic.

Duke was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters…FOCAS program.
