Elrond is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet This Week

He's so much fun.

Elrond is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. He’s a 1-year and 4-month-old, 54-pound, male, Hound mix. He was transferred from a crowded, local shelter through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS.)

Elrond was adopted, then returned after three months. His family said he can be shy when he meets people, but that doesn’t last long.

He’s still very much a puppy. His family will need to make sure Elrond gets plenty of physical and mental exercise, so he doesn’t get bored or stressed.
