A Nurturing Meditation
Simple warm-up stretches and basic dance moves
Improvisational movements to different music, tempos, and genres
Dancing in a fun & safe environment
Join us as we bring women together to raise our consciousness for greater peace and healing, and the commitment to ending abuse.
All proceeds are going to the Community Resource Center in Encinitas, The North County Lifeline in Oceanside, and The Soul Center in Encinitas. They are all 501C-3, non-profit organizations.
Must be female and No Dance Experience Necessary
