Prior to taking on his current role, Levine worked with CaseyGerry as a law clerk for two years, following a position as a federal judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez. In addition, he worked at Levine & Miller – the law firm of his late father, revered San Diego trial lawyer Harvey R. Levine.
