Let the ocean be your inspiration as you discover the art of block printing on clothing. Renowned artist Wade Koniakowsky, a resident of Southern California who commonly injects beach culture into his paintings, will be at Bliss 101 in Encinitas to do color blocking on t-shirts for attendees. Koniakowsky's work has been featured in multiple magazines and galleries throughout the world, and his work has been used on the sets of television shows and movies. Join Wade Koniakowsky and Bliss 101, an art furniture gallery and gift boutique in Encinitas' Pacific Station (next to Whole Foods), on Saturday, July 7th from 12 to 4 p.m. for the opportunity to watch, learn and leave with your own unique work of art. Space is limited for this popular event, and a $30 materials fee applies to each participant.
