4 Directions Yoga blends the spiritual beliefs and practices of Yoga (Union) with those that honor the 4 Directions. It is a bridge that links the East and West, Earth and Heaven. Each direction embodies magnificent energies represented through colors, animals, elements and the essence energy of the direction itself. Through the guidance of 4 facilitators, participants will experience a blending of the energies of the direction with the energies of the Yoga practice thus creating a beautiful ceremony honoring our Mother Earth, all Humanity, and our personal journey of Peace and Harmony with All.
No prior yoga experience necessary, please dress for a Yoga practice.
