Free Beginners Yoga Class

This class is a casual, easy way to meet our teachers and see our studio. You'll get an intro to the Iyengar teaching method and be taken through a basic class.

Just bring yourself and prepare to be barefoot – we provide all props and blankets, including mats free of charge. Feel free to bring your own mat. Come a few minutes early to sign in. Wear comfortable clothing. It is easier for the teacher to see your alignment if your clothing is not baggy.

We are convenient to Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Carlsbad, Leucadia, Cardiff, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, San Diego and La Jolla. Many of our students come from as far away as Orange County and Los Angeles.
