Immersion In Love: A Five-Day Yoga Retreat

Here’s your ticket to help you step out of the rat race and de-stress from the everyday demands of your roles and responsibilities. The Soul Center is offering a five-day “Immersion in Love: A Divine Experience” yoga retreat at its facility at 627 Encinitas Blvd. The course will be held July 14-18 and is designed to nourish, ground and reconnect participants with their spiritual selves through yoga practice. The five-day spiritual yoga experience will cover: Raja Yoga & Hatha Yoga movements; chanting; meditation; silence; and purification rituals. Reverend Tom Kelly, co-founder of the Center, a former monk and member of the Self-Realization Fellowship Monastic Order http://ow.ly/4Od09  and his wife & Co-Founder Trisha Kelly will lead the retreat along with Instructors Flossie Park and Monique Lonner. Participants will learn immersion practices to lift their consciousness, heighten intuition and stay grounded when they return to their everyday routines.

The class is steeped in the fundamental spiritual traditions of the ancient practice of yoga and the mind, body, spirit connection it creates.  “The Soul Center is more than just a yoga studio.
