Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Fifteen to 20 million Americans now practice yoga – a trend that has doubled over the past 10 years, thereby creating demand for qualified teachers. The 200-hour Sundara teacher training program covers: Yoga techniques; yoga teaching methodology; anatomy & physiology; student teaching and the Sundara manual. Students will also learn the chakra system and the eight steps of Patanjali’s Raja Yoga. http://tinyurl.com/3uybya2

“Our goal at the Center is to give new instructors tools for life and a strong foundation for practicing and teaching yoga in the ancient tradition that promotes physical, mental and spiritual balance,” said Tom Kelly, the Center’s founder.
