Jaffurs Wine Dinner at Ponsaty's

On Wednesday, April 26, Ponsaty’s will offer diners a unique opportunity to meet Dan Green, owner and winemaker of Jaffurs Wine Cellars of Santa Barbara, California. Bringing the essence of the California coast to the city of Rancho Santa Fe, this wine tasting is one to not miss.

Known for producing great Rhone varietal wines with a new-world independence, Jaffurs Wine Cellars aims to create harmony between high quality wines and the sustainability of the land. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., enjoy a night of wine and food at one of Rancho Santa Fe’s most popular dining destinations. Four wines will be served from the Jaffurs portfolio and accompanied by an exquisite menu crafted by French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty. Diners will enjoy Lacquered Maine Scallops, Local Ahi Tuna Tartare, Slow Braised Veal Shank and Hazelnut Dacquoise paired accordingly.

Tickets are priced at $65.00 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Patrons will have the opportunity to explore some of the most prestigious wines and meet the creator behind the bottle.
