Jasper is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. He’s a 1-1/2 year old, 58 pound, Siberian Husky / Labrador Retriever mix

When you mix a Siberian Husky with a Labrador Retriever you get an interesting dog. Jasper has one brown eye and one blue eye. The care providers in the kennels claim that he uses that to distract them and get more treats.

Huskies and Labs are energetic breeds. This is not the ideal dog for someone who is a couch potato. He’ll need regular exercise.

Another thing about Jasper is that he likes giving kisses. It’s up to you to decide how many because he can kiss all day.

Jasper was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the FOCAS program.
