Lawrence Kopp Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage As Independent Sales Associate

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Encinitas office has added Lawrence Kopp as an independent sales associate. He brings more than 16 years of experience to the position, after having worked as an associate vice president of commercial real estate at NAI San Diego.

“Lawrence’s market research experience and the fact that he grew up in the North County area of San Diego is a significant benefit to our brokerage and clients,” said Jeff Hayes, manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Encinitas Office. “He was raised in this industry, with his family buying and selling real estate in San Diego for over 40 years. It’s second nature to him.”

Kopp holds a masters of science in real estate from the University of San Diego and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He worked as a consultant with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego to produce local market data reports and is part of the Real Estate Alumni Association Board. He also has an extensive background in market analysis from previous positions he has held.

“My experience and education allow me to provide insight to clients to help them make educated decisions on purchases, sales or leases,” said Kopp. “As an investor and property manager, I understand how overwhelming the process of buying, selling and leasing can be, so my job is to help simplify it so that my clients can feel good about their decisions.”
