Leadership Academy—An Introductory Course for Supervisors, Becoming Effective Leaders: Thursdays, 3/3–24, 6:30–8:30 p.m., at MiraCosta’s Technology Career Institute, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad. Fee: $60 per class or $200 for all four classes.
