Girls on the Run San Diego to Host LUNAFEST Film Festival

LUNAFEST®, the fundraising film festival dedicated to promoting awareness about women’s issues, highlighting women filmmakers, and bringing women together in their communities, will be hosted by Girls on the Run San Diego at AMN Healthcare in San Diego on Jan. 21. This year LUNAFEST includes six short films that celebrate the empowerment of women in all facets of society. Proceeds from the event will benefit Girls on the Run San Diego, a nonprofit organization providing after-school programs for girls in 3rd through 8th grades, with a curriculum that teaches self-confidence and empowerment.
